I placed the order after looking over the details a couple times, since I’ve had stuff show up before that wasn’t quite what I expected. Shipping was fine and the packaging was normal, nothing really stood out there. After opening it and checking it over, it ended up being pretty much exactly like the description said.

I was trying to find this patio chair and, of course, it was sold out on a bunch of other sites. OJCommerce said they had it in stock, and thankfully, they actually did. It shipped without any of those annoying “oops, it’s backordered” emails after checkout, which I definitely appreciated. Overall, the order went smoothly.

The tracking updates were kind of late and didn’t really change for a while, which had me checking it a few times. But the package still showed up just fine, and everything inside was in good shape

Customer service was really slow to get back to me. I had to keep following up, and even then, the answers weren’t very clear. It made the whole order issue a lot more stressful than it needed to be.

I did have to wait around for a little while, which was a bit annoying, but once someone got to it the return was handled smoothly and I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops or explain myself over and over, so overall it ended up being a lot easier than I expected.

I just got this recently, so it’s still fresh in my mind, but I’m impressed. It feels sturdy and nicer than I expected for the price. So far, it seems like a solid buy.
